  not as nice as it used to be, I wish they had more people working, seemed like understaffed when I was there.

  The Saint Louis Galleria was bigger than I expected. It has 3 floors of stores and on the 1st floor, there is the food court. I did run into the Native American Store and fell in love with it. The employee was very informative on the items in the store and I was impressed.

  What happened to the galleria? Everything is gone and could not find the food court. I wonder if they got rid of that also. It is a dying Mall lights South county Mall. It's a shame

  First time returning to the St Louis Galleria in more than 10 years. There have been a lot of stores that have changed. Inside the mall was clean and sparkling. The condition of the parking garage almost made turn around to leave. The area had litter, and the sidewalk and parking surface needed a good powerwash. The elevator floor was dirty. It made me feel uncomfortable, not to mention the pungent odor of Skunk Weed. I had always regarded the Galleria as upscale, but this entrance did not meet the standard.

  This is clearly no longer where "the best stores put their best store." I hadn't been here in a while, and was shocked at how much it continues to go downhill. Many empty store fronts, no real exclusive brands anymore, Panera closed, the rest rooms are absolutely filthy, Also I'd not been there in months, and yet half the escalators are STILL out of order, which is ridiculous and makes getting around much more difficult than it should be. Label scars all over the signage outside. It's like nobody cares. Hand written signs all over the place, and apparently the stores just open and close whenever they feel like it, as one can tell from the Walmart business hours signs in each individual store. SOOOOO tacky. This kind of stuff NEVER used to be allowed at this mall. If you want a good shopping experience, I'd stick with West County Center. It is still run professionally, at least for now. The Galleria is a sad shell of it's former self, and really, there is no reason to even bother.
