  My daughter and I were at the Plaza Frontenac location today at Grace H checked us out. The store was having 30% off the whole store today and my daughter bought a few pair of earrings. Grace was so rude to her when she asked if the earring were part of the sale. Grace glared at us and was so unfriendly and rude. Then she just gave us the earrings and a receipt with no bag. When I asked for a bag she was so rude and said nothing but grabbed one from behind the counter and threw it at me and walked away!!! We were both shocked to be treated this was when we did nothing to upset this sales person. It was really upsetting to have an experience like this - I’d rather shop online or somewhere else than to be treated like this.

  I had a fantastic shopping experience here! The employees were super helpful without overly hovering, and they were relaxed while still being professional. I was about to ask whether they ever have sales but I never had to because Sarah told me about a deal they had when you recycle old jeans! Very pleased about her going out of her way to tell me that. Plus the jeans are amazing.
