- YDYolanda DouglasMay 30, 20261.0Bought dress online April 21, 2026 and it took a week to get them. I went to return them and they have a 30 day return policy. I called customer serv6and ask them if I could return they said no. I was saddened by this because it took a week to receive the items and I had to travel to another state to return and they did not care. I like e press but the return policy is not for me. I am an express reward member and that means nothing if you are past that 30 day return policy. So save yourself the trouble shop somewhere else.

He asked her for help finding and fitting our son for a suit. She said we don't do that here and walked away. My husband doesn't normally get mad, but he walked over and said I won't be spending a dime here and said she was incredibly rude to him. Really? What is your job if you don't help people find proper fit and style? We left and thankfully found a wonderful salesman at Macy's. Fully fitted...and $600 worth of merchandise...and very happy! Will never step foot in Express at Galleria again. You should head over to the suit department at Macy's to hire someone that understands good customer service.
- ERElizabeth RoseDec 28, 20172.0Most of the workers are friendly and helpful. However, there is this one lady that almost always seems to be there each time I go. I think she is the manager. Every time I have visited this store, which is quite frequent, she has never bothered to help me. She stands there and watches me shop or when she sees me walking over she suddenly has something to do and walks to a different area of the store. Once when I did ask her a question, she seemed to have an attitude and gave me a short response before walking away. Whoever this lady is she needs to be fired. She acts like she is above everyone.
