The 2 workers were standing by the cash register the entire time talking. They did not come over once to see if we needed help. We ended up ordering over $400 online because we didn’t want to give the store credit for the sale. It would be great if they opened up a store in West County Mall.
- YDYolanda DouglasMay 30, 20261.0Bought dress online April 21, 2026 and it took a week to get them. I went to return them and they have a 30 day return policy. I called customer serv6and ask them if I could return they said no. I was saddened by this because it took a week to receive the items and I had to travel to another state to return and they did not care. I like e press but the return policy is not for me. I am an express reward member and that means nothing if you are past that 30 day return policy. So save yourself the trouble shop somewhere else.
