- BBBrittany BaileySep 19, 20261.0HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STORE MANGER (I believe her name was Tina she has an accent) I received an arrangement at work for my bday. Flowers were dead upon arrival and fruit was not fresh. I put fruit in refrigerator once I got fruit and fruit started turned brown the following day. I called Tuesday as my bday was Friday and we had Labor Day Monday to express how unhappy I was with the arrangement and the Manger basically yelled at me expressing she cut fruit fresh that day. She was yelling at me thru the phone. I was disgusted and asked for another person to speak with or upper management and was told there was no one else I can speak with and she was store manager. Photos of flowers is day of delivery and fruit pics were taken the next day. I tried to preserve them by putting fruit in container but those are pictures of fruit the follow day after delivery of arrangement. I am truly disgusted.

Talking in circles with her, she tried to sell me a $40 order. It's too much for me. I had to call another location outside my zip code for my order. If you come overseas learn how to listen and speak English properly.
