- JTJosh ThompsonJan 10, 20261.0Associates were mostly polite. Mostly. But one gentleman working was inadvertently very rude. While making a return today, I had to step aside to locate an item for them on my phone to order instead. While doing so, I overheard him speak to a fellow associate with a question about my transaction, and he proceeded to refer to my appearance in a rude way. I could also refer to him in a rude way, such as “the bald(ing) guy” or the “the older guy in retail”, but instead I’ll opt to just refer to him as “the gentleman”. Won’t be coming back to shop here, but that’s fine, the brand that hasn’t been relevant in a decade+
