Whenever I had questions, she was always available to help answer or clarify. My custom ring that I got for my fiancée turned out better than I was expecting. Its shine was brilliant, the design was prestige, and throughout the whole experience Kim made me feel like a friend, not just a client. I called her the day I proposed I felt we had connected that well. Couldn’t recommend her enough. She was amazing and beyond satisfying.
