- MNMC NicSep 23, 20261.0Becoming big corporate. Such a disappointment. I wish I made things that broke and charged a ridiculous fee for it. Returning failed items are becoming more difficult. When something breaks of so-called quality (Ten-Point & Lacrosse) Bass Pro wants you to deal with manufacturer. The manufacturer wants you to deal with Bass Pro. WT Heck! Who am I supposed to deal with. In the meantime my gear is broken after less than a year on boots and two years on Ten-Point. Now I have to buy more stuff until I receive replacements whenever that is. What a massive inconvenience. I was conveyed the great corporate reply "I'm sorry sir". Bring back the Ma & Pa's and things that don't break. I'm tired of paying for some rich you know what's yacht.
