If i did see an employee they like scurried away to make sure i could not ask them for help. The only staff member to talk to me was the greeter. Past that i couldn't get help. I ended up just leaving since nobody wanted to help me.

The lady surprisingly allowed me to make a refund but her attitude was majorly salty which made my shopping experience horrible. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed and looked down on me for simply returning the wrong ammo I purchased for a Byrna self defense non lethal gun. Her snarky comment was next time don't open the package but this one time I'll let you have it; even though I explained I never opened the package. She handed me a receipt and couldn't look me in my eyes in total disgust like I stole money from her own pocket
