  I purchased a dress from here a week ago for a wedding unfortunately not the right shade for the bride liking. I went back today to return and was told I cannot return because the tag wasn’t attached to the dress. I wish I was told this at checkout instead of wasting $60 on a dress for absolutely no reason I had my receipt address and the tag and still could not return it. That is absolutely ridiculous

  Offered a good selection. Check the dresses, some already have beads or stiching coming out. We ended up getting a cute dress here. Overall a good experience but watch put for quality of items.

  I spent $50 on a dress last year just for them to not remove the security tag! And when I brought it in and explained that I already threw my receipt away and it was a genuine error, they told me without the receipt they can't do anything for me. So Windsor just stole $50 from me because I cannot wear this dress like this and no one is willing to help me! I'm very upset because I spent my hard earned money on that dress, and no one was willing to help me be able to wear it. But they let me take it out the store with me cus I brought it in? Why not just take the tag off so I can wear it when I leave. Why you gotta be so mean? Whoever the manager was today, was rude. When I worked at aero, we never treated customers like that. You gotta understand people aren't perfect too, man. One of your employees made a mistake. I didn't do anything wrong. I just wanted to wear my dress, and have help fixing an error one of your staff members made.
