  21 July update. I received an update from the Hut. Asking to go to their site and rewrite the issue out again. No. Send me an actual email for someone who wishes to continue the discussion. I will reply with my POC info. We can take it from there. Not me going to your page filling out a complaint form as if I'm just a number, a drop i the bucket, playing messaging ping pong. 15 July 2026 I stopped in. They said they could get me a prescription sunglasses. Was told to bring in prescription. Came back and was told since it was 9 months from last eye exam, go get a new eye exam then come back. New glasses w/prescription mailed to me from my regular eye dr. Came back in, by the way different person each time, and was told that the paperwork prescription was for my existing new glasses. That I needed a document signed from my Dr. Again left, went to my eye Dr, who by the way is 58 miles from me, got the document required then came back in, only to be asked do I have an appointment. Appointment? SOO VERY FRUSTRATING. So frustrating as this is i asked where Bass Pros customer is. She stated "we are not brass pro, were sunglasses hut". So a sub contractor inside their home. In the end I will be looking for ANY other place to get my prescription sunglasses. SO disappointing.
