  Lots of choices! If they don't have your size in stock they can order for you and deliver to your home. They also have a spray to protect your shoes for an extra fee of course. Giving it a try and hope it works well

  Chase and his team SAVED my butt! I had a weeeing to go to and I MADE MY OWN SHOES because I literally could not find any shoes that I liked! The pressure from the plane left them destroyed :( I went to EVERY shoe store within a ten mile radius - nothing. The day of I finally get a chance to go to DSW. I walk in, explain my dilemma and IMMEDIATELY got to helping. the person who greeted me was like chase! Do we have any purple shoes? And we were off!!! I was terrified of not finding shoes in time and he helped me through the entire process - as well as others at the same time because cmon, it’s retail! Thank you thank you thank you! ☺️

  I had a number of issues with DSW. First of all their selection of men’s shoes is extremely limited and the styles are disappointing. The dress shoes especially are all very dated looking or too “sporty” with bright white soles. When I finally found something that was acceptable, there was a better deal online. They would not honor the online price in store. I ended up purchasing it for in-store pick up the next day. When I went in to get the pair of shoes and I tried them on, they were not true to size and I would’ve preferred one size down. Of course, they didn’t have the smaller size in stock. They seemed to prefer stocking small men’s shoes in the range of size 7 to 9 and barely anything for 10 and up. But the issues didn’t end there. The shoe I ended up purchasing had improper lacing (which was corrected on the in-store model). The employee at the front counter (only one I could find in the entire massive store) had no knowledge or experience with shoes at all. After I only wore the shoes once, there was already noticeable wear on the bottom outer sole and a gray film developing on the top from sun or heat exposure. This is unacceptable obviously so I went back to the store and they told me that only unworn or damaged items may be returned. The company knows the shoes they sell don’t last or have any quality whatsoever.
