  We utilized Dugan’s design services as well as flooring, tile, countertops, and shudder installation. What a fantastic group of people! Zerah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products offered at Dugans. She has a great eye for color and helped me choose all the paint colors for our home in addition to the flooring, shower tile backsplashes, and countertops. All the installers were professional and pleasant especially Mickey! I highly recommend!

  I'm adding on to my original google review as I recently had more services performed by Dugans. We recently had our carpet upstairs replaced and the guys had the old carpet ripped out and the new carpet installed in only four hours. They worked efficiently and were respected of our property by not leaving a mess. Also, we had a new shower and bath remodel done. We had an older shower insert torn out and replaced with new shower fixtures and tile. We also replaced the old tile surrounding the tub to match the shower. Everything went so smoothly from Tammy helping us pick out the right tile to match our style, Chad coming out to measure and Alex doing the labor. Alex was here 10 hours a day and worked so efficiently and meticulously to give us the bathroom of our dreams. We never once had to clean up after him and always so respectful of protecting our carpet investment. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We will continue to utilize Dugan's services for future projects. I needed to do some touch up trim work in the house and the previous owners had left the paint downstairs, but unfortunately the paint had dried out and the label was barely legible. I brought the can in and they tried every means possible to look up the previous owner's information to get me the right stuff. The young man helping us worked very diligently to decipher the label and was able to match it up perfectly with the old paint. He said he was about 99% sure that was the right stuff. I took it home and put it on my windows and it was a perfect match! I appreciated the customer service and I'll definitely be back for more paint when I have more touch up to do.
