- JLJohana LopezJun 17, 20241.0My husband went into to return a pair of sunglasses (we found the same pair in a color way they didn’t have available in store, at another location) that were in the same condition when bought, not damaged, with all original packaging and tags, the cloth was still in its plastic wrapper untouched, and well within their return window. The associate was a woman there and she was extremely rude throughout the entire return. Asked why we didn’t return the sunglasses to the sunglasses hut at West County (that’s where we had originally purchased them) and basically continued to berate my husband throughout the entire process. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. Will never buy from here again.
