  DO NOT BUY from JC pennys jewelry My fiance bought me a $400 necklace and got insurance plan package. It got broke and sent off i get it back and its replaced with a smaller shorter chain that breaks right off my neck 2 days later so sent off again get it back after 3 months and its literally the same issue! So again its sent off and I wait another 3 to 4 months to get back a totally different charm that isn't even rose gold which I paid for its yellow gold and smaller heart than what I had so I complain and say I want my original charm back that was rose gold I never agreed to replace it with yellow gold! So its sent off for 4 months and it comes back totally dipped in rose gold when it was silver with rose gold not completely dipped in rose gold so I refused to accept it and now ive waited to hear back from the manager Earl at the EastHills mall JCP location and he refuses to call me back or answer my calls for 3 months now, called again 3 days ago and was told he would call them then call me back and still will not call me back so they are just keeping my necklace and my money!

  Had to run in here to find something to wear to a funeral. Very clean and decent selection for women. Quick and easy checkout, friendly associates.

  Love the store but the clerk was very rude when telling us to move back behind the line. A line we didnt know existed and we were standing with our friends that was checking out. Her name was Mandy. She needs to try to be nicer and ask people instead of demanding them to move behind d a line that we didnt know was even there!
