    Won't be going back, my teenage son was in the fitting room and a employee nearly walked in on him, because the lock was broken, then that employee proceeded to tell me as I was waiting outside the fitting room "Just so you know, this is the men's fitting room" . So absolutely rude. You may want to not assume someone's gender in the future because that was incredibly embarrassing for him.

    The store barely has anything in it except for women’s clothes. I was looking for clothes for my daughter and about 75% of the girls section was clearance. When they did have something that maybe had one in each size. Don’t event try to find men’s clothes.

    I like JC Penney. This store is so small and the petite selection seems geared to grannies! I'm no spring chicken but I like things other than elastic waist bands and polyester sweaters.
