I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. They made me and my friends stand around without properly assisting us, while showing shoes to other customers behind us. We felt ignored and disrespected throughout the experience. I would not recommend this store based on the poor customer service we received.

Staff was awesome and helpful! Super friendly and we found a great dress for my daughter for a wedding.

They did not open at 10: 00. They were probably 5 minutes late. I wouldn't mind the 5-minutes if they weren't on their phone. I'm supposed to wait for you to open the store while you scroll timelines? And they saw me. I had to tap on the window at about 10:04. At that time the one of the staff members finished working on the mannequin before she opened the door for me to come into the store. The other staff member began counting the drawer. When I did get inside they weren't friendly. I decided to walk in, walk out. I refuse to purchase anything from places like this. I strongly encourage people to get jobs that they love. When you don't really like your job, it shows.
