  Noe’s Jewelry is the best place to go if you go shopping for jewelry or just don’t even know what you want as a gift. Even for yourself. The people are so personable each and everyone of them. It’s just like family.

  Great store! I have been there 2 days in a row. I had my watch band adjusted and purchased a necklace. Everyone that I worked with was helpful and friendly. I'll be back!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Noe's Jewelry. About two years ago, I purchased an engagement ring from them valued at approximately $15,000. Recently, I noticed that the center diamond had become loose and was visibly moving in the setting. Concerned that I could lose the diamond, I brought the ring back expecting it to be covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, Noe's Jewelry told me the issue did not qualify for warranty coverage and claimed there was nothing wrong with the ring, despite the loose diamond. This response was extremely disappointing, especially considering the investment I made and the trust I placed in them. I traveled from out of state specifically to have this ring custom made by Noe's Jewelry because I believed they would stand behind their craftsmanship and take care of their customers after the sale. Instead, I felt dismissed when I needed their support the most. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Noe's Jewelry. Customer service after the sale is just as important as the initial purchase, and unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations.

  I have visited a few jewelry stores because I am currently looking for my perfect engagement ring. This was the third place I visited and I instantly felt the vibe in there was calm. I felt no pressure or anxiety about finding a ring that day. Jared especially was super helpful. He created a relationship with my partner which I find super important because he will be going alone there next time to get it. Jared was so awesome and kind. If you are looking for a jewelry store that has a vast selection this is a great place to go! I am in awe of this place and I am excited to be a customer.
