  Love Shane Co. Been a customer for over 15 years. Abbie, the assistant manager is wonderful and so helpful! Only giving 4 stars though because my custom made ring did not turn out in any way looking how it was supposed to. (Not going to post pics). When I said something about it, the woman who was helping me at the time, said it was a custom order and basically I had to accept it and blew me off. So I had it soldered to my other ring. Went to pick it up and it was horrible! Gaps. Just terrible! I Never had this much of a bad experience here before. Enter Abbie. She’s working on it now. Just praying it works out! This ring was too expensive to NOT look right!

  I am extremely happy with the experience I had with Abbie Jones, the assistant manager. We had worked with another associate who was not responding to emails regarding wedding bands we wanted to see, but when we were put in touch with Abbie, she was absolutely outstanding, incredibly responsive, and very quick to help. She ordered in the rings we wanted to see and we made an appointment with her. The appointment itself was a delight. She was extremely patient, kind, friendly, personable, enthusiastic, earnest, and really made us feel like she wanted to be there helping us. She was validating and affirming, and had an excellent command of the product and process. We placed an order a day or two later, via email. She instantly let us know that it was taken care of even though she was leaving town, and made sure that we got all the links we needed to complete our order. When I came in to pick up my order, she remembered me and was just as delightful. This store is incredibly fortunate to have her! The jewelry itself is lovely. We are very happy with our purchases.

  Parker was AMAZING! I came into Shane Co. knowing basically nothing, and by the time we left, I felt like I had learned so much. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, hilarious, and made the entire experience fun and completely stress-free. He took the time to explain everything without ever making us feel overwhelmed or pressured. We came in expecting to shop for jewelry and left feeling like we’d made a new friend. Parker, if you see this, never change. 10/10 experience!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 13 Years of Marriage—and Today I Finally Learned What I Love in a Diamond How many of us got married without ever really taking the time to learn about diamonds? That was me! Thirteen years ago, I had so much going on in life that I never stopped to learn about diamond cuts, how diamonds are made, what determines their value, or even what I personally preferred. I trusted my husband to choose something beautiful for me…and he did. But today, 13 years later, I walked into Shane Co. and, for the first time, had the opportunity to really discover what I love in a diamond. And I have Aman Khurana to thank for that experience. Aman didn’t just show me jewelry. He educated me. He patiently explained natural versus lab-grown diamonds, how diamonds are made, differences in value, and the different cuts. He let me actually see and understand the difference between a princess cut and a round brilliant….and I discovered that I absolutely LOVE the round brilliant! There was something really special about being married for 13 years and only now realizing, “Oh! THIS is what I would choose.” What made the experience even more meaningful was what happened at the end. I asked Aman for his card because I wanted my husband to know exactly who to ask for when he comes back. Then I asked Aman if Shane Co. consultants work on commission, because if they did, I wanted to make absolutely certain he received credit for the time he spent with me. I learned that he isn’t commission-based. Woah! As someone who understands sales, service, and commission-based compensation, that really stood out to me. Aman spent all that time answering my questions and educating me without making me feel pressured to purchase anything. His patience wasn’t about closing a sale. He genuinely helped me become a more informed customer. I also learned more about Shane Co.’s lifetime warranty and their upgrade/trade-in options, including how the value of a qualifying previous purchase can be applied toward something new. For someone like me who is now thinking about upgrading her diamond after 13 years, that conversation was incredibly helpful. I walked in as someone who had worn a diamond for 13 years without knowing very much about diamonds. I walked out knowing what I like, understanding why I like it, and excited about what I may choose next. Aman Khurana, thank you for giving me that experience. Your patience, knowledge, and willingness to teach made all the difference. And yes….when it’s time for that upgrade, my husband will know exactly where to go and exactly who helped me figure out what I want. 💎 I highly recommend Aman Khurana and Shane Co.
