  I came in with an idea and wasn’t initially satisfied with the outcome but the lady who checked me out went above and beyond to add additional and made sure I was satisfied… Excellent service I am so happy with the end result.

  I ordered a dozen red roses to be delivered for my wife birthday. The roses were delivered on time. The reason for the 3 stars is they died after 4 days. Very disappointing when you pay a lot of money and roses can't make it at least a week. I bought roses at Dierbergs florist that lasted 2 weeks! Will probably never use this business again.

  I have gone to WKF for years and the last i walked-in will be the last time I walk in. There were 2 ladies standing there doing very little did not acknowledge me entering nor ask if I needed help so after 2 mts I walked out the door. Thumbs down emoji

  I am extremely disappointed in my order. Order details were not honored which resulted in flowers not being able to remain in the hospital room. Paid for a beautiful bouquet and not being able to remain in the room is unacceptable. A 40% discount and blaming the problem on the Designer (who works for you) is ridiculous. I have always ordered from you but this was the last.
