The equipment always has issues and doesn't work properly, your system is always malfunctioning because of this the Wright city location couldn't calibrate my equipment on time and cost me $388 on the 14th of August 2025, your dispute department is a joke. I disputed these charges and was supposed to hear results within 7 days, I did not! Filed 3 more incident reports and nothing. Smart start sucks!!! The whole of the company can't or won't get their act together with their support team-billiing-calibration systems etc. Giant joke of a company!!!
