  The only jewelery store I trust in the last 15+ years. Staff are knowledgeable, inventories are abundant with sky is your limit of how much jewelries do you want to buy any day of the year.

  I have never had a more regrettable or uncomfortable experience with a jeweler than at Meierotto Jewelers. Back in February, I was searching for an engagement ring to propose to my now fiance. We had talked with Kelli and while it begun as a pleasant experience, it did not end pleasantly. After a conversation over phone call, because I was not in the area, I made a decision to purchase a ring after I was told in a hushed tone "We'll be able to return it and resell it if necessary, it's not custom, so no harm to you". Well, when it came time around that my fiance was not as happy with the ring I had gotten for her (she still said yes), and I went to return the ring because of some other options I had found, a refund was declined and I was told they would not take the ring back. She said it was a custom piece and I would then have to pay a restocking fee. We decided to give them another chance as we needed a wedding band. After going in, we had a good experience with a woman who seemed in her mid 30s. However, when she discovered we were simply looking and not ready to buy in the moment, she got aggressive and attempted to pressure us into a purchase that moment. I would never suggest this jeweler to anyone. They are deceivers, thieves, and their business should not survive. Do. Not. Go. They only care about your money, not your joy.

  This place is wonderful! Jordan was our sales associate and she went OUT OF HER WAY to make this process easy, painless and smooth. She worked with and helped us get wedding rings 15 days before our wedding. She is amazing and so is this business 10/10. Well done.

  I thought I was getting a quality ring from a great store but within 3 months of getting it my center diamond fell out. I have never bought a ring that this has happened to. When I took it back to see if they could help me replace it, the sales lady brought out an even more expensive center diamond and told me they would not do anything for me because it looked like one of my prongs was caught on something and was not in place. Causing my stone to fall out. Within 3 months! Am I not suppose to wear my ring or what, and I’m suppose to replace it with a more expensive diamond so that I can lose it too. I am very disappointed in Meierotto Jewelers. I wish I had never gone there. I did though because I had bought a ring at their original location in the Kmart parking lot back in 1984, in Gladstone and I never lost that diamond. Are the rings just not made as well now as they used to be or did I go to the wrong Jeweler? Again, sorry I went there! 😢😡

  Horrible place to buy or sell jewelry. When you want to trade in gold and diamonds they tell you it is worth nothing, while right under your nose they sell gold and jewels for thousands of dollars. They are way over priced and horrible to deal with.
