  The selection is typically great, though we do struggle to find things in our specific sizes sometimes, i think that's pretty normal for a resale shop. The only complaint i think both myself and my teens have would be the music. The atmosphere is very over stimulating and we tend to avoid this specific Platos because of it. I think if the music wasn't so loud, maybe that would help have a more relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Especially when its a busy day. Otherwise, its a decent location.

  Platos is my favorite shop in all time, everything is so cheap and is truly high quality and all employees are so kind.

  the Brunette manager on June 27th 7pm embarrassed me and accused me of tag swapping when I didn’t. I ripped the tag off in the dressing room because it was right on me. She didn’t give me the 2 bucks for the dress and priced it at 8. I paid the 8. I also had a 14 dollar leggings and another clearance item. So 3 things. 2 were clearance. It should have been 18 bucks 20 with tax. I paid 36 bucks. It sounded wrong and I asked if that was the price 14 plus 8 plus 2. Should have been 25 bucks with tax. Even with the dress being 8 not 2. She made me pay full price for both my clearance items and when I asked about the price she goes. Yea yea it’s right. I was so embarrassed I just left. I called the store later to tell the manager the situation and let them know it made me sad and was embarrassing. Eventually she admitted it was her and was very rude on the phone as well. I told her to be kinder to guests and hung up. Do better Plato’s and look for kinder customer service representatives👍🏼

  Sellers beware. I came in on 7/27/26 and they offered me $20 for 37 items. Many name brand, boutique, and athel
