  This was the nicest curated store I have ever been in as far cleanliness and how the store was set up was like shopping at a high end boutique. I had an amazing shopping experience and the staff was so kind. Now here is where everything went sideways. I got an alert for something totally un related about a deposit and happened to see a charge for 107.00 and was like I only spent 60.00. I sent an email on Sunday night and within 10 minutes got a call from the owner Cassie and she was so apologetic and said mistakes can happen and she would check into this and get it fixed ASAP. Well when I went back in to send her the transaction I realized due to my inept ability to look at the date, I was looking at a charge from a different day and location. I immediately called her back and explained I WAS TOTALLY AT FAULT and she laughed and said no problem mistakes happen. I just want to shout out that she did not have to call on Sunday night at 8:00 PM and she handled this situation like a PRO. I was so embarrassed and I will go back and make sure they know hey it was me that made the mistake. So Cassie thank you so much for handling this so quickly and not making me feel stupid for my mistake. So I highly recommend checking out this Plato’s Location…

  I bring my girls in often. We love to go to different locations and shop since all brands are in one place. I will say the employees are generally very kind at this location but the clothing they have accepted recently is different. Historically they had cute, trendy items for both of my teen daughters but the fashion is very much geared towards people my age (mid 30s+) over teen girls. The last time I was in a teen girl and her mom said the same. The same items sit for a while as well as we go in multiple times a month. This isn’t the location to go to if you want the fun, cute brands and middle school/high school forward clothing. On top of their less trendy styles being accepted, their Lulu is priced $15-30 (minimum) higher than north oak, Shawnee or Lees Summit.

  I was surprised to see how good the prices were! They were better than the Thriftstores like Savers that are way over priced. They BUY people's clothing from them so the quality of the Mens and Women's clothing, shoes, boots, cowboy boots, purses, wallets, perfume and accessories were a pleasant suprise!
