  The people in this particular store have always been so sweet to me. Most recently it was Morgan who overheard a dilemma I was in and even tried to help with that. It’s a comfortable, fun, no pressure environment.

  I went in for a return today and Jessie was so incredibly helpful! I really appreciated his dedication to helping sort out the issue I was experiencing, as well as his friendly demeanor. I have shopped at the location many times and have never had a bad experience.

  I will never shop at this location again. I was told her name is Cyria, petite white girl, black hair, horrible customer service. Was very rude and condescending. I came in to see about doing a quality return and she did everything she could to not be helpful or resolve my issue. I decided to try my luck at the Leawood location and they were beyond helpful and willing to do everything for me that Cyria said couldn’t happen. What a joke.
