The staff is always very friendly and helpful and they are very organized and that is one of the things I love the most. It's easy to find what you need and if they don't have your size they can get it to you really quickly online. Also if you join the rewards program you get some very good Rewards.

As I enter I am greeted by what I presume to be a manager telling that the “registers lock in 15 minutes”. In all my years of working retail as well as being a patron, I’ve never had someone attempt to tell me the store was closing soon in this fashion. Others entered after me and I did not hear the same spiel be given to others. I spotted the shoe I was looking for, but needless to say, I made a conscious decision not to purchase.
