  Absolutely love this location! The team here is great. Big shoutouts to Morgan, Terrill and Kay for their help today. Morgan was especially helpful with some questions we had about promotional options, didn’t rush us one bit as we scoured the store looking at all the options. The store is well stocked, clean, and organized. We felt very good leaving today, and we will be back!

  Cancelled my custom shoes because they said the image I created myself was copyrighted. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with Vans customer service and they would not let me order the shoes. Will never order another pair of Vans.

  Very nice employees help me with exchanging shoes. They're very professional in would go there again instead of ordering online.

  Came in April 3, 2026 a little before 6pm. Everyone there interacted with me in the most meaningful way. Shopping is more than buying clothes, but connecting with people; even venting, perhaps. Nonetheless, Morgan helped me, tied my laces, asked about my educational and vocational goals. Made me feel appreciated. That’s what a shopping experience is supposed to be. Thank you all at the Vans store. Keep up the good work. P.S. Great deals there too
