  My son in the military sent me a peony arrangement a few days before Mother’s Day. His thoughtfulness touched my heart so much, but I was very disappointed it was not very fresh, so I posted an honest review not realizing that my opinion would actually matter to this shop. On Mother’s Day, I came home to a gorgeous bouquet that was much fancier than the original one my son ordered for me. I was stunned. Then I read the owner’s comment to my original post expressing her apologies that I was not pleased and that an upgraded bouquet was on its way in time for Mother’s Day. For a florist shop to go above and beyond on their busiest flower day of the year speaks volumes about how much they value delivering exceptional customer experience. Thank you Toblers from the bottom of my heart for showing how much you care about your customers. ❤️ I will not hesitate to order flowers from your shop in the future!

  The flowers were very nice, however they were cut too short, therefore they were just jammed together and did not spray out as in the website photo on the left. The 2nd problem was that I ordered 20 blooms and there were only 18. The only reason I am this picky about it, is because they were quite expensive. When you pay that kind on money, you expect that perfection.

  Updated (5/13): The owner reached out to me after I was less than satisfied with my Mother's Day flower order. They sent a new, upgraded bouquet to my mother the next day. She said they were the best flowers she's ever received! Thanks y'all. Original (Mother's Day): Unimpressive for $110.

  We always order from Toblers for every occasion. I ordered peonies two days ago and they called me to tell me their peonies were bad and said they would send the garden favorites my mom was sent this at work after paying over 100 dollars. I called and they said this was a deluxe designers choice but definitely not happy with this order and It was not worth the money.

  We have used Tobler's for all our KC floral shopping needs (mostly for Mother's Day and my mother's birthday) for the better part of a decade now, and they have never let us down! The bouquets are always beautiful, and the service is top-notch. In the rare instance something goes wrong or there is any sort of misunderstanding, Tobler's staff are communicative, friendly, and incredibly pleasant to work with to get it fixed. Thank you, Tobler's management and all staff! You are truly the very best!
