  I stopped in today to see if I could get a vintage Gucci watch operational again, and Gary was so kind and helpful! While we weren’t able to do any additional restoration on the piece due to exclusivity on parts of this brand, we were able to replace the battery. I was greeted right away and the battery replacement didn’t even take 10 minutes! The watch belonged to my late mother, so it means the world to see it ticking again. I will absolutely be coming back to this location to see Gary!!

  I went to visit the Plaza location to browse and have a Tudor watch sized. I was pleasantly greeted by AJ. We talked about different brands of time pieces and she gave me some insightful information about my Tudor Pelgos Ultra which I really appreciated. They sized my watch perfectly and it was complimentary.. great service. I would not hesitate to use Tivol for any jewelry/watch help and or purchases in the future..

  I had such a wonderful and personal experience with Tivol! I was on the hunt for a watch that was sold out nationwide, and when I called Tivol, they had one left. Lynn provided excellent customer service and made the entire transaction easy and trustworthy. Her follow-through and follow-up were impeccable. She even helped me size it for someone with a small wrist, sent me videos, and texted me the morning it arrived to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will absolutely do business with Lynn and Tivol again!

  I can't say enough wonderful things about Lisa and everything she has done to build my family's relationship with Tivol at the Country Club Plaza. I've been honored to know Lisa for over 20 years now, and am so grateful she's been on my personal journey with everything from getting engaged, to getting married, to even celebrating with me and helping me navigate what being a "Girl Dad" is all about, :). She's even gone so far to assist our family in serving food and drink at surprise birthdays for my grandmother! She is a relationship builder who consistently puts others first as demonstrated by her warmth, kindness and attitude towards others. Lisa is a huge reason our family will only go to Tivol for our jewelry needs, not just because her extensive help and knowledge base, but because of how she makes it feel like home every time we visit.   Of all the jewelry and watch retailers in the greater Kansas City area, Tivol stands head and shoulders above the rest. I have never experienced this caliber of hospitality, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail anywhere else. They expertly resized my wife's wedding ring and provided outstanding service on my Rolex, handling both with the utmost care and craftsmanship. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dominic, who is hands-down one of the finest sales associates I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His deep knowledge of fine jewelry and timepieces is truly impressive, and his genuine, welcoming demeanor made the entire experience feel personal and special. As an out-of-town visitor, I was treated like a longtime, valued client from the moment I walked through the door. Highly, highly recommended!
