  We lost a piece of jewelry and were on the search for a replacement piece. Jade was fantastic and we ended up finding the perfect piece to replace the one that was lost, and Annie coordinated with our jewelry insurance company to make the replacement process quick and painless! The selection was plentiful and unique, we had been looking for quite some time, and it was not until we stopped in at TIVOL that we found exactly what we had been looking for!

  AJ was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She took my watch requests seriously, answered all of my questions, and made the experience enjoyable. I stop by the store pretty often, and it seems like she’s always there! I would highly recommend working with AJ. Very cool experience.
