- CLCassidy LovetinskyApr 23, 20171.0Came here on Sunday at 5:20 to buy some new Raybans and they were closed when they supposedly close at 6 according to Google ?????????
- ANAdam NicholsAug 2, 20162.0I suggest going to the store at Zona Rosa. The gal here at the Plaza location I spoke with (who happened to be the manager) argued with me on the date I had purchased the sunglasses in question. She said she could not locate a record of when I had purchased them. Even though I bought them at the Zona Rosa location, she said that record would still be in their system. Regardless, I had a door slammed on me while my sunglasses were attached to my shirt. Sunglass Hut will generally offer a new pair for 50% off if it's been less than a year you've owned them. I believe I exceeded the year, but she kept insisting the pair was over 7 years old?! That is outrageous! I'd bought them the previous March. She even called her Regional Manager who also said the store hasn''t had them in many years, and that Luxottica probably doesn't even have replacement lenses. Anyway, I got a card from her with the contact information to order replacement lenses. I contacted Luxottica the next day and ordered new lenses. The model I had was only 3 years old. They said it was probably just an older model that the store had in inventory for awhile, but that they still had many replacement lenses in stock. I received the replacement lenses 3 weeks later (from RayBan) in Italy. The only reason I give this Sunglass Hut 2 stars, is because the manager here did attempt several different ways to get me the new pair for 50% off. She was agitated in doing so though, and still accused me of being a liar. Very mediocre customer service. I will NOT return to this location!
