    Companies complain that “oh retail is dead all the online shopping killed retail” well, it may be as simple as answering the phones? I’ve been calling every department trying to get one simple question about in-store stock on a mattress answered for an hour and no response. Even though the store is supposedly open, not a si bf or department has responded. If your stores are struggling consider that customer service is perhaps the way to attract and keep clients in and maybe ignoring potential customers calls should be a big no no? Just lost yet another in store sale I suppose, good job yall 👏

    Si tengo que hablar es de el excelente customer service que tiene JcPenney, pero conocimos a una cajera que ella nos comento le gusta su trabajo en customer service, desafortunadamente no recuerdo su nombre pero promethazine volver para obtener su nombre y ponerle aqui porque se lo merece pero nos trato increiblemente bien 100% en su trato al cliente!
