In the competitive market segment that includes J.Crew, it's people like Ian and the staff interactions at your local store that keep customers returning. J.Crew's sizing can shift for the exact same garment over the years and even seasons within a year. I have no idea why, but it can make getting the correct inseam a challenge at times. Ian was very helpful in resolving my issue. Thank you!
