- JCJacquelyn CoxJun 2, 20261.0I called the store to order pointe shoes for my daughter. I was encouraged to buy two pairs for her since they only had two of her brand and size in stock. When I expressed concern that she would grow out of them before getting to the second pair I was assured that I would be able to return the second pair as long as they hadn’t been sewn. As suspected her feet grew by the time her first pair were dead, but when I went to return them the manager refused to take them back because it had been more than 20 days since purchase. This policy was never conveyed to me when they encouraged me to buy the second pair over the phone. She refused to take them back even when I made it clear that they had never shared this policy during purchase. I will not be returning to this store. It’s a bummer as my daughter needs new shoes every 4-6 weeks and I would have been perfectly happy to purchase them all from this store had they handled this situation differently.
