Alo on the Plaza is amazing! I had such a wonderful experience, and I especially want to recognize Jacob, the Assistant Manager. He was by far one of the most amazing managers I’ve had the pleasure of working with! He went above and beyond to help me find the sizes I needed and truly took the time to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. His kindness, patience, and customer service really stood out. Alo is lucky to have someone like Jacob on their team! I will definitely be back!

Lauren and team are always so kind and helpful. It’s so hard to find good customer service these days— Alo is lucky to have them!
