  The employees are very rude and not helpful at all. My 3 year old needed to use the restroom and they absolutely refused to let him go. Super rude and not that serious to just let him use the toilet. Next time he has to go I’ll let him just pee on the floor 👎🏼

  I went on with 12 dress nice men . Shirts brand was express. I pressed them . They said they were stained and a year older than what they take. These shirts had no stains on them . I look at thier men's dress no brand names and not as nice as mine .They only looked a 3 of them .I had them all folded nice so thats how I knew. They watted up the ones they looked at and crammed all of the shirts in a plastic bag. I will never go in that store again. The clothing they have in there are not worth what they're asking. You can go to any other store and buy brand new for what they were asking. The employee were not help full.

  Professional but Honest I visited Plato’s Closet in Joplin today with several bags of items to sell. Unfortunately, my experience with one employee, Ally, was disappointing from the start. When I walked in with my items, her initial reaction and demeanor made me feel as though bringing items in was an inconvenience. I understand that evaluating items takes time, and I was told it would take approximately 30 minutes, which I was completely fine with. However, while I waited, I noticed several interruptions in the process, including stopping to chat with coworkers and eating chips while my items were being evaluated. From a customer’s perspective, this came across as very unprofessional and made the wait feel longer than necessary. I remained polite and friendly throughout the interaction, but unfortunately, the same level of professionalism was not reciprocated. I do want to recognize Kalie, who handled my checkout professionally and kindly offered to help carry my remaining items to my car. I truly appreciated her customer service. I hope management will take this feedback constructively. I understand that everyone has off days, but customers should feel welcomed and respected, especially when they are bringing business into your store.

  ​We had such a wonderful experience doing back-to-school shopping with my daughter at Plato’s Closet in Joplin! At first, we were having a hard time finding items that worked and had a long stack of clothes that just weren't hitting the mark. ​Everything completely turned around when the store manager, Lilian, stepped in to help us. She was absolutely fantastic—she practically became our personal shopper! Thanks to her amazing assistance and guidance, we ended up finding so many great deals and left with a full haul. Thank you, Lilian, for turning our shopping trip around! We'll definitely be back!
