The second clerk, who continued to take customers in her line versus the "next" customer, checked out 9 people while I waited to be next in line- just to drop a payment off on behalf of an elderly person (my total wait time was 26 minutes...not including the time I previously waited and had to go back out to retrieve a required driver's license to make a payment).

- LELori ElliottApr 8, 20261.0Worst customer care services ever!!! Do not sign up for a card! They will charge you continuous fees? $42 dollars if you make a payment after 5pm. Then they refuse to help you when you call! They also charge $3 every month just to send a statement and $9 if you call to make a payment! The customer service people are awful! They treat you like a moron and talk to you like an idiot. I told them I lost my card and they didn't offer any help to me. Do not do any business with Maurices! Horrible company!
