  I had a very unpleasant experience at Windsor in the Independence Center today. I witnessed the manager following an employee throughout the store while arguing with her. This was an African American female employee wearing a black two-piece set with curly hair, and the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness as a customer. Regardless of the circumstances, employees should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially in front of customers. Management should know how to address workplace issues privately and appropriately rather than creating an uncomfortable environment on the sales floor. After witnessing this interaction, I personally would not feel comfortable recommending this store. If this is how employees are treated in front of customers, it makes me question how customers may be treated as well. Very disappointing experience

  Prices are not not bad and the dresses have gotten a lot more decent!!!!

  No one in here understands any Spanish anymore. The employees responses are always snarky and short. They were too lazy to even get a dress off a mannequin for us after we asked.

  Been waiting outside for 20 minutes. Worker has seen us twice and even opened the gate to hand someone something and gave no update as to when they would open. Should have been open for about 40 minutes now.

  I spent over $200 here and specifically asked about the return policy on the items I purchased knowing COVID is effecting businesses. I was told that as long as everything was in it’s original new condition with tags attached that I could return it for a full refund. Well, of course, it’s only been 5 days and I go to return a couple pieces of jewelry and a purse that I never used because I found cuter pieces at another store that matched the dress I bought from Windsor.. and was told that I could not return any of them. The manager of this establishment needs to make sure that all of the associates are telling its customers the same information. I am beyond irritated and annoyed with the customer service that I experienced today. I would definitely think twice before returning.
