- WWW WMay 29, 20261.0*Update* customer service manager reached out with an Automated message wasting my time for a response. Please take my advise and make the extra drive to Scheels on the Kansas side. These people do not care. The worst customer service I’ve had in a while. 2 people working the gun counter. I go in to exchange a scope, they MAKE me leave the return at the front desk saying the person at the gun counter would have no problem getting it. The old lady with blonde hair is very rude and never fails to try to sign people up for a credit line but can’t walk back with me when I know exactly what I want. ABSOLUTELY WOULD GO TO KCK INSTEAD OR SCHEELS
- LLLennyMay 29, 20264.0The place is huge. It's what you'd expect from a Bass Pro store. I went to look at pistols and was surprised they had such a large selection of used fire arms for sale. All the folks working that area were very professional. They're obviously highly trained individuals, who have a lot of experience with weapons. I'm sure most of them came to Bass Pro with that experience. I'm sure Bass Pro trains their employees, but this is a specific skill set that takes years of experience to gain. Anywho, they also have a shooting range, however I recommend calling ahead to make sure they have a range master that day. I didn't call ahead and there was no range master, so no shooting practice at that location!
