- YSY’Anne ShontaeAug 1, 20261.0I went there today not to long ago I brought in 2 bags of name brand jeans , shirts , rompers etc they say they didn’t accept any of my items because of wear in tear but all of the items are brand new they said it wasn’t apart of their style but I looked around and I had items that were literally in the store they also didn’t even look through the bags I brought in and I could tell that off of how I placed everything in the bag and it was the exact same way it was before I left waited an hour to see what they could take came back nothing. They also said everything being sold had to be in a bag but a lady brought items w/o them being in a bag but still accepted it and took her before me !!
- JJJJBJul 27, 20261.0Probably the rudest store I have ever gone to. The small white lady with short hair and the old man with the pot belly were the worst. I would have spent hundreds of dollars on a store like this if it weren't for their condescension and lack of basic emotional control and customer service. The person with the nose piercing and dark hair was very professional, efficient, thorough, and respectful though.
