  Horrible customer experience. We recently went in to warranty a $300 pair of Danner boots that were bought 3 MONTHS AGO. We were immediately met with attitude by the associate “Brian”. We showed that the soles are peeling off and the stitching is coming apart. He immediately asked if he was a floor layer (he is not). He then said that it’s because he is kneeling and they wont warranty the boots because of that. We simply asked 3 questions about the integrity of the boots. Meanwhile, he has worn a pair of Thorogood’s for 2 years and that has never happened. When we said that we would just go somewhere else, Brian laughed and yelled at us “DONT COME BACK!” & continued to talk about us as the door shut behind us. We were there for all of 3 minutes but were met with so much anger. This person should NOT be working in customer service if that is how he talks to people. We have been going to Chuck’s Boots for well over 7 years. We spend upwards of $300 every time we walk in the door. We’ll just follow Brian’s advice and never come back. We don’t want to give our money to a business that allows their employees to talk to someone like that.

  I feel the filters need some help. When you filter work boots I wouldn’t expect to see shoes. Filter out logger heels and you see logger heels. There are abbreviations that don’t have a description. It never mentions a delivery date, confirmation code, or a tracking number. The online experience was not at all appealing.
