    Was NEVER told if they can’t NOT fix my husbands wedding ring we’d get the buy out money. NOW we’re getting the “buy out money” on a GIFT CARD TO JCP which means we were LIED to from the beginning in 2020 it’s 2026 now🤬

    I had an amazing experience with Mary in the JCPenney Jewelry department. She went above and beyond helping me find the perfect anniversary gift and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Mary was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. Her customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate all the help she gave me. I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend asking for Mary if you need help in jewelry!

    Bought my wife a ring 12/2024. It has been back for repair for the 4th time now. It’s been in the shop more than it’s been worn. JC Penny lets me know we can process for buy out but I will not get the care plan money or taxes back. Seems unfair. It is their faulty product. Shameful.

    Every time I visit this location, the staff is really kind and helpful. My favorite part of visiting this location is going to the makeup store, the girls who work there are always so kind and fun. Cheyanne was awesome!
