  As a plus sized guy, they never seem to have much of a selection of clothing unless you want a polo or button up shirt. The store is always understaffed and none of the clothing racks are ever in any sort of order than chaos. Was just in the store for an hour and not once did an employee ask if I needed help finding anything.

  I went to the makeup and beauty section of the store a few weeks ago and had the BEST experience! Shana helped me find exactly what I was looking and had me feeling so beautiful by the time I left! She applied the products for me so I would know how to use them, what they did, and what they would look like on me. She really knows what she is doing and I appreciated her attention to detail in her work! I cannot recommend her or this section of the store enough.

  Went to the Farmington JC Penney’s couple days ago looking for pants for my sister, Elliott was very helpful and courteous, found what I was looking for. Thank you Elliott for helping me!

  Was NEVER told if they can’t NOT fix my husbands wedding ring we’d get the buy out money. NOW we’re getting the “buy out money” on a GIFT CARD TO JCP which means we were LIED to from the beginning in 2020 it’s 2026 now🤬

  I had an amazing experience with Mary in the JCPenney Jewelry department. She went above and beyond helping me find the perfect anniversary gift and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Mary was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. Her customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate all the help she gave me. I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend asking for Mary if you need help in jewelry!
