  For my 21st birthday, my father gifted me a beautiful and timeless Tudor Clair de Rose watch, thoughtfully selected with Madison’s help. Later, I received a bracelet as a Christmas present. Although the bracelet did not come from Clarkson Jewelers, it unfortunately broke in nine different places. Originally, I only hoped to fix a single disconnected link. Madison not only repaired that issue but also restored the remaining eight breaks, returning the bracelet to perfect condition. We are truly grateful for the exceptional care and craftsmanship shown by the entire team. Clarkson Jewelers continues to exceed every expectation, and I will gladly recommend their outstanding staff to others.

  I picked up my new Tissot this week after placing an order for this specific model. I worked with Izadora there. She was fantastic in helping me find the right one. I had seen a bunch of models I liked on the Tissot website and sent them to her and she curated a selection of the same or similar models they had in stock. Which helped considerably figuring out the one I wanted. I would highly recommend Clarkson if you are looking for that specialty watch.

  I've had a terrible purchase experience. I've been trying to purchase a Rolex to mark a milestone in my life and my experience with Clarkson has made me stay away from their store and Rolex as well. I tried for 6 months to purchase one and every time I stopped by I was told "let me check on the back" and "you need to wait some more". If you don't have any watches for sell, what are you checking in the back for? I've been also told "they don't allow me to release this watch right now"...They would never tell me real answers either and you don't even know what to believe anymore. This is not how you treat a costumer, especially when trying to purchase an expensive item like a watch. It made me stay away from Clarkson and Rolex.

  Clarkson’s has a great watch selection and a wonderful sales experience! Izadora helped me find the perfect Tudor to add to my collection, and everyone in the store was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be going back in the future!

  Exceptional service and a remarkable experience. Mackenzie made me a priority from the moment I walked in. Having arrived from out of state to visit family, I brought my wife's wedding ring purchased here over 28 yrs ago, which had recently suffered minor damage. Mackenzie took special care to arrange an expedited repair with the in house jeweler, normally a 3 week job, to be completed in one week due to my planned departure. She also cautioned me that the ring would still have to meet quality controls in addition to repair and cleaning. Three days later, Madison called to tell me it was ready for pickup. The ring is as beautiful as the day I bought it. I can't wait to surprise my wife with it again.
