  My first visit to this location was to bring in my Tudor GMT for warranty work as it was experiencing the notorious date wheel issue. The staff tried to convince me that no such issue existed and that I had somehow made a mistake with the watch that resulted in the date wheel being stuck between days. They said they would not send it off for service until I'd tried advancing the date wheel and seeing what happened. Go figure, the next day the issue happened again. So I had to drive all the way out a second time to drop off the watch for service. After getting it back, I noticed there was a loose metal fragment inside the watch face so I had to return for a third time. I had swapped the watch to an aftermarket leather strap, and this was apparently a mistake. Even though I had the box, warranty card, and prior work order in hand the man who helped me took an attitude and spent around 5 minutes looking all over the watch with a loupe as if he assumed it was fake. Every time I went in, I felt like I was given the most basic greeting possible and pretty much ignored until I tracked someone down to get their attention. I've been to multiple boutiques for other watch brands (Omega, Tudor, TAG, Hublot), and the staff were always very warm and friendly.

  Had an exceptional experience at Clarksons today. Mr. Broadbent was gracious enough to come in on his day off and help me with a purchase for my wife. She was ecstatic when she saw the result. Also I wanted to give a special thank you to Mrs. Eller for helping us today as well. They were both very knowledgeable and patient with myself and my wife to make us feel comfortable and happy with our decision. We are looking forward to seeing you again. Thank you.

  I needed to have a couple of links added to my Rolex Milgauss. From being greeted at the front door to getting the watch serviced the interactions were seamless and extremely professional. They offered to do a little spa treatment on the Rolex I was wearing. A nice bourbon capped the day. I will definitely buy my next Rolex from Clarkson Jewelers.

  🎉🎉🎉Do miracles ever happen? - with TODD and JESSICA at Clarkson, the answer is always yes!🎉🎉🎉 First of all, talking to Todd and Jessica is always so much fun. I also enjoyed trying different watches and exploring the collection too. They helped me purchase beautiful timepieces absolutely perfect for my family members. The experience was incredible and most importantly, full of excitement! I am already thrilled for my next purchase and so happy to be a part of the Clarkson family. I cannot wait to growing our relationship, thank you so much Todd, Jessica, Gino, Isadora, and the other 8 staff members at Clarkson, for always bringing miracles to our lives!
