  When my daughter and I were looking at clothes the woman working says to my daughter just letting you know we only go up to a medium! My daughter is obviously bigger than a medium. This was very unprofessional and body shaming and unnecessary to say!

  I love aerie, I probably have spent $500 the last 6 months alone. However, coming into this store makes me not want to purchase anything. The staff has always been somewhat rude and acts like they don’t care if you’re there or not. Big mean girl energy. It’s been awhile since I worked retail but maybe they just need a refresher on customer service.

  Such an amazing store!!! 🤩💕It’s always clean, easy to shop, and the clothes are very good quality and so cute! 😄The manager does an amazing job. Every one of the staff members are kind and professional. I always leave satisfied. 👍

  THE MANAGER WAS REALLY RUDE. We have been in St. Louis for less than 24 hours on Monday, March 17 in 2025 and we decided to go the aquarium and go out to eat which took some time and we didn't get to the mall until 7ish. Our last stop in the mall was Offline. We bought a 45 dollar pair of shorts and left at around 7:50, which they closed at 8. My friend was with me and realized she left her backpack, from which we ran through the whole mall to get back to the store. (We didn't leave it in this store but we were panicked and didn't know where it was and my friend really thought it was in there). We knocked on the glass door and at first they ignored us. Great, right? So we asked loudly if there was a backpack in there. They looked around at each other nodding and looking around and then the manager told them to look. The girls looked and couldn't find it, but my friend really thought it was in there so we kept asking if they were sure and we were trying to figure out where it was outside their door. We then looked at 2 other places near them that we went and they weren't there. The manager kept staring at us through the door when we came back to Offline and stood outside the door. She walked up to the door, unlocked it and, I quote, said "You have 15 seconds. For your piece of mind." By the way we were completely nice the whole time even though how panicked we were. Thanks Offline, never shopping here again. We were gone by 7:57. Also, I don't blame the other girls working there, they were young and just listening to their manager, but I blame the manager.
