- BDBecky Snella DayAug 21, 20265.0I went there with my husband to buy a pair of shoes, hoka , bindi nine. We went there because they had them in stock and the best selection of any store in town. It turns out my husband‘s feet are a size and a half apart and a different with Angelo are associate helping us advise us of their split shoe policy and my husband got two shoes that fit each foot and hopefully will stop the foot pain. He’s been having from wearing one shoe too big and one shoe the right size we couldn’t have been more pleased with Angelo who was so kind and helpful and thorough. It was just such a wonderful experience.
- AAAudreyAug 8, 20261.0The girls working at the Abercrombie checkout looked me and my daughter up and down and scoffed. So we took ourselves to another checkout on the other side of the store, and the girl working the jewelry area was also incompetent. Just overall rude and negative experience.
- CRChad RandallJul 12, 20261.0Do not sign up for the Nordstroms Card thinking it's a guarantee you will get the credits they promise when luring you into signing up for their card. Customer service will do nothing other than apologize, "I'm sorry you were misinformed." Probably safer to use your own credit card and make sure you get your normal card loyalty benefits. Our family will no longer be spending our money at Nordstrom's. There are plenty of retailers who sell the same products.
