I used to shop at this location quite a bit, but my most recent experience has solidified my decision to no longer shop in-person at Lululemon, and even then I may not shop with the brand at all. I have had two pairs of leggings rip right down the rear seam from bending over. The first time it happened, I went to this store to see what could be done in terms of a quality promise and they replaced the leggings with no problem. That was a few years ago. I’m assuming the recent trend in people taking advantage of the quality promise has changed their policies, but this ripping should not be happening. In April, a pair of patterned leggings I got on sale in January ripped in the exact same spot from bending down. I went to this location to see what could be done. The entire interaction made me feel like a burden and like I shouldn’t be shopping there in the first place. The employee whom I spoke with about the ripped pants was useless and weird about my pants. She spent a couple of minutes just examining the ripped seam on the ass, which was weird. Then she asked me how it happened. I said, “I bent over and they ripped.” She was very standoffish and eventually told me I could look for a replacement on the sale rack or they maybe could give me a gift card replacing the pants, but I would need proof of purchase despite having the order pulled up on my phone. I gave up with her and walked away, but as I was doing so, I heard her radio to fellow employees to “watch out for me.” I didn’t find a replacement and I waited around purposely looking confused, but no one came up to me. I never saw the initial employee I spoke with. I left and won’t be coming back.

I went to the store with an old pair of leggings that had not fit me since I lost weight. They were super kind and did an exchange of my leggings to my new size! You do have to have proof of purchase but I appreciated not having to buy another pair!

This place really is as bad as the reviews are. All thanks to one man, who I believe is Ed. I have shopped at dozens of Lululemon stores, and this one has to be the worst. First off, I shipped some online orders to pick up in the store, and set the shipping name to my Chinese name (which doesn't appear on my driver's license). This has never been a problem since I can show them my email confirmation. But, the man named Ed or whatever refused to give me any of my packages despite me having the email confirmation, saying how ID was required regardless (which is NOT true according to Lululemon policy, and I even confirmed this on the phone). Thankfully, another employee was kind enough to fix the mess that he created and get me my packages. And then on a separate occassion, Ed refused to apply my military discount when checking out as a guest (checking out with my actual account gave me some errors, which is why I suggested to check out as a guest) even though I showed him my EMT work portal and my EMT badge. Ridiculous. TLDR: this place is awesome without Ed. He's just one of those employees who sucks up to try to get a promotion or something. Just don't even bother doing anything if Ed is there. You might as well order online and deal with all the nonsense issues there. After picking up my packages shipped to that store, I hope to never do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more minutes to the Plaza Frontenac location or the Maryland heights location. Both of those are infinitely better than the terrible service I received on multiple occasions here.

The employees were very rude. My friend and I came in the other day, no one greeted us. Walked past a couple employees no one asked if we were finding everything ok. Then we got stares from the workers like we didn’t belong there. Overall I don’t recommend spending your money at this location! Terrible experience.

First time at this Lululemon. We came on a Monday at the beginning of July and it wasn’t busy at all. We got helped right when we walk into the store. We got everything we wanted and more. The staff were very helpful to make that happen. Tons of parking available outside the mall.
