Arrived at the mall when they opened, signage’s were posted on the door stating they hope to open asap. No one from inside the store could give further details to anyone waiting. Waited around for over 3 hours at the mall for this establishment to open. We walked around the mall trying to pass the time until they opened. Employees were inside all on their phones taking videos of themselves in front of the crowd of customers waiting. Waited another half an hour before employees came out leaving in a group once again taking videos. Super unprofessional. I totally understand if technological errors were occurring, however, that needs to be made known with waiting customers. Not just “hoping to open asap”.

Got there and there was no line while cashier was checking someone out, then people behind me cut me in line so stood there for 10-15 minutes. Then was told I had to go to the other side to pick up my order. Girl on Aerie side was very nice though complimented my clothes and told me to have a good day
