  I’m a frequent AE/Aerie purchaser as they offer long options in pants. For some clothing it’s necessary to try on in store and then order the size online. During one recent experience, Kenzie, was exceptionally helpful. She not only spent a lengthy duration of time with me, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She went back multiple times to find different choices and sizes to find the right fit. She made me feel comfortable during shopping and with my purchase/investment. Thanks again Kenzie, great customer service is rare these days!

  Kenzie at west county mall, came up to me when she saw i had a return and helped me with no hesitation, she was very sweet and found my exact size in the back for me! Thank you!

  Very Disappointing Customer Service My daughter went back to the store (AERIE Sunday 8/30/26) with the receipt to exchange a shirt that had developed four tiny holes after only being worn a couple of times. The MANAGER was extremely rude to her and refused to exchange it, even though we were within the 60-day exchange policy. I was especially disappointed that my daughter was treated this way when she was simply trying to resolve a legitimate quality issue. A shirt should not develop multiple holes after only a few wears, and I would expect the store to stand behind its products and treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. Very disappointing experience.

  Made the trip with my boyfriend to pick up an online order from American Eagle. Arrived at the mall when they opened, signage’s were posted on the door stating they hope to open asap. No one from inside the store could give further details to anyone waiting. Waited around for over 3 hours at the mall for this establishment to open. We walked around the mall trying to pass the time until they opened. Employees were inside all on their phones taking videos of themselves in front of the crowd of customers waiting. Waited another half an hour before employees came out leaving in a group once again taking videos. Super unprofessional. I totally understand if technological errors were occurring, however, that needs to be made known with waiting customers. Not just “hoping to open asap”.
