    I like shopping here. I get tire of online, because I miss not looking and feeling whether the shirt I was buying was of a quality I would wont. The only thing that caused me an issue, was their low inventory of my size of clothing. This is most likely not JcPenny's fault. I did like that they had a buy one get one free sale on dress shirts. They use to call this buy one get one for a penny...Hahahahaha. Cool idea to bring this back, if they would.

    Good layout. Very nice store. Decent prices. The watch I bought on sale was cheap Made in China junk and already stopped working. But thats kinda how it is these days.

    Love this JCPenney! The makeup and fragrance collection amazing! Kimchi, RMS cosmetics, Carolina Herrera, Too Faced, Shades by Shan, Versace, Billie Eilish! Tons to choose from!

    First off, Crista was extremely condescending and had a rude attitude the entire time. I waited forever just to try to make a simple return, only to be told I couldn’t because I didn’t have the receipt. On top of that, their computers kept crashing, which made the wait even worse. The whole experience was frustrating and poorly handled. If I could leave a negative rating, I would.
