I had the best customer service on Friday Sept 3rd, it was around 10 am, and the very helpful sales person was absolutely wonderful. I don’t know her name, but she had dark hair and was petite. She helped me with an exchange, and she did it all, she knew exactly where to go in the store to get the jeans, went right to them , and when we had to change one of them, she just walked over there again and got exactly what I needed. I owed a little at the end, I had no cash on me, my husband had the card , no worries, we just used some of my rewards. She was so helpful, and it’s so refreshing to find this these days!! She deserves a raise or something!

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Maurices in Festus, MO! The store was welcoming, well-organized, and had a great selection. Mady provided exceptional customer service—she was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive to my needs without being pushy. She made the entire experience enjoyable and easy. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism and will definitely be back!
