  Store manager took the time to take a look at a possible precious crystal to rule things out. This was at the end of the day with other high demands from phone calls to attendants requests. He sat down with us to examine specimen. He also and found a way for my wife to have an enlarged engagement ring I purchased here 5 years ago. You don't find customer service like this anywhere. It's worth the trip, and the only place I'd ever by jewlry in St. Louis.

  If there were 10 stars they deserve every single one. Vincent’s Jewelers is the best jeweler in the country, I met Paul and his family back in October of 2025. That’s when I told them I wanted to propose to my girlfriend and needed a ring, and boy did they pull through!!! Paul and his team built a beautiful fully custom engagement ring, they turned an idea into a passion and reality for my fiancé and I. We’re getting married next month, and I’ve gone with Vincent’s Jewelers to make her wedding band. It’s safe to say we will be recurring customers for special occasions.

  Was desperately looking for someone to resize my current 10 year Wedding anniversary gift which was a stainless steal diamond id bracelet after searching for a month came across this jewerly store location after sending a request to see if it could be done after several no's from other jewelry locations finally got a response back. And was told to see Leo, after letting him know what I needed he gave me his honest assessment and went to action. Let's just say I was greatly pleased from the results. And definitely recommend this location for anyone's jewelry needs. Thank you Leo truly appreciate you!

  My fiancé and I went to Vincent’s Jewelers after a disappointing attempt at a larger jeweler chain in the St. Louis area, that shall not be named. We met with Vince S., who was just awesome. I had designed a ring with my wife and we needed a custom build. Vince had a positive can-do attitude the entire time, and assured us our design was not only possible, but would turn out fantastic. He was not wrong - the finished product was beautiful and my (now) wife was extremely happy with the result. We have since been in the shop for engraving and resizing my ring, and everyone has been so pleasant and helpful. We could not be happier. Stay away from the larger chains and discover why Vincent’s Jewelers has been around for so long!
