I walked into the store and had the most absolute worst experience I have ever had in any Lululemon and maybe any store that I have ever been to. They preach guest experience and customer service and the employees working provided neither. I came in with my three young children and they didn't even look up from behind the cashier's counter to say hello, how are you or are you looking for anything in particular, nothing. I had some Lululemon clothing with me that I was trying to exchange for the Quality Promise program that I have done multiple times throughout the years with items that did not hold up over time or that ended up breaking down over time. I never dry my Lulu clothes. I always wash on the delicate cycle and take proper care to them according to the tags. I was not only told that I couldn't do this anymore they rudely told me to leave the store. The worst Lululemon experience I have ever had.

Silly me thought Lulu’s actual website hours would be more accurate than Google — but that’s definitely not the case. I’d call before going to make sure they’re open. :/

Terrible attitude problems at this location from educator #99994000218304 merchandise was marked incorrectly when I asked if they had to honor the price, response given was “I don’t have to do anything, but I was going to” in a terrible tone. 3 girls working the fitting rooms were other wise helpful and sweet

I had an excellent shopping experience at Lululemon thanks to Sophia. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient while helping me find the items I was looking for, including assisting with online inventory and exchanges. She made the entire process easy and seamless and was genuinely helpful every step of the way. Sophia provided prompt, positive customer service and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The entire staff was also welcoming, friendly, professional and patient. This location consistently provides a great shopping experience, and Sophia’s help truly stood out!
