  I had an excellent shopping experience at Lululemon thanks to Sophia. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient while helping me find the items I was looking for, including assisting with online inventory and exchanges. She made the entire process easy and seamless and was genuinely helpful every step of the way. Sophia provided prompt, positive customer service and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The entire staff was also welcoming, friendly, professional and patient. This location consistently provides a great shopping experience, and Sophia’s help truly stood out!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Lululemon thanks to Spencer. She struck the perfect balance of being personable and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. She offered thoughtful suggestions and encouraged me to try a few pieces that were outside my usual comfort zone—and I ended up loving them! Spencer made the whole experience enjoyable and effortless, and it’s honestly one of the best interactions I’ve had with a salesperson in a long time. Her approach felt authentic and customer-focused, which made a lasting impression. I truly appreciate her help and will absolutely be back because of it.

  My friend and I went in today looking to buy some sets. Stephanie met us while we were looking around and began helping us build outfits. She helped us try on lots of different colors, sizes, and styles until we both found an outfit that made us feel comfortable and confident!! Stephanie was very helpful and made our experience excellent.
