They thought of everything to include in it, such as giving you options to include in your order, such as balloons etc based on your selection of "reason" for the flowers being sent. They also give you a big space to type exactly what you want to say and make the payment section easy to use giving you many options to pay. You have a chance to review your order, and communicate with you sending you emails with the order/payment information and an email letting you know that your order was delivered. They also have a great program that rewards you for your purchases giving you money off on future orders.
