  Taylor did an amazing job. She was attentive as soon as I walked in the door. When I told her I had a very thin narrow face, she helped my find the perfect pair of oakley's (my preferred brand). She then went to my wife and helped her find a pair that she liked. She did a great job. I will only be purchasing my sunglasses from her in the future.

  Paid a lot of money and I am still waiting for my glasses. Called the store and spoke to an assistant manager that ran circles around me with explanations and that SGH is a smaller company of a larger company called luxxotica? What that got to do with me. Moving on, I asked for an order number because the receipt doesn't have one. Got this supposed number and it still doesn't work. Im being told that my RX glasses were received a week ago and we're just shipped out today? Oh brother this reeks of all sorts of nonsense. The manager i placed my order with got shipped off to another store, I cant seem to get a tracking number cuz the shipment hasn't even left, this place is bogus, definitely avoid and dont be fooled for the DJ they have playing during the day, they just lure people in to take ya money and make you wait. Wish the DJ was here so I could listen to a 2 week long playlist.

  Hello, I would like to express my gratitude for Shannon at Sunglass Hut, in Chesterfield, Missouri. I called June 2, 2026 to see if they had a particular pair of sunglasses in stock and she said they did. Due to store policy, I was unable to purchase them over the phone. However , when I arrived 3 to 4 hours later, they were all sold out. I was very disappointed as I was expecting to take them home that day. Nonetheless, Shannon did not disappoint. She.went above and beyond searching for the glasses in the computer, calling various stores and happened to locate the last pair in Colorado and had them sent to Chesterfield. They arrived 2 days later. She is truly an asset to Sunglass Hut and customer service. Shannon, I am forever grateful. Respectfully, DeBorah
